These sessions are suitable for all levels and will consist of:
Warm up
Dynamic stretch
6 x Strength exercises (swim specific)
Static Stretches
We have a maximum capacity of 10 people so please book your space below. There will be the option of booking one-off sessions if there is space week to week. These sessions will cost £8 and be released one week before each session
