Meet the trainers
I started in the fitness industry in 2003, after graduating from Sheffield Hallam in Sports Management.
After working my way up to managing a gym, I went to Australia in 2007 and became a Personal Trainer at Vision in Bondi. It was here where I realised that Personal Training is the best way to get results.
I then came back to Norwich in 2008 to set up Dynamic Fitness. Since then we have gone from strength to strength.
Personally, I compete in Triathlons and play for a Korfball and a Football team. I love how exercise keeps me feeling fit and strong!
My mission is to pass on my love of exercise to all my clients.
Meet Steph!
Fun Fact: I wrote a collection called Metrophobia published by Penned in the Margins press.

Steph has three young daughters and is qualified in pre & post natal training.
"My fitness journey started 6 years ago. Sounds simple when I think back, but I made a conscious decision to be the best version of myself.
The steps I took and the benefits I now enjoy are the core of my personal training sessions.
When I started at the gym I felt good and my mental health improved. This feeling meant that I quickly started to go daily!
Little and often I found really worked well!
I researched food and healthy eating, and soon I decided to get qualified as a Personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Now that I've become established, it's clear to me that what I enjoy the most is helping others.
All my clients know I truly care about their wellbeing and fitness journey.
I hope I can help you with yours?"
'Hi! I’m Tim. Unlike many other personal trainers I haven’t always had a passion for fitness. I developed my passion after the success of my own body transformation. I felt sluggish, had low self-esteem and I realised I had to make a change. I used this very gym to transform not just my body but my lifestyle. With the help of a personal trainer fitness became part of my life and
my passion.
Due to this success I wanted to be in a position where I could help others feel the benefits that I felt of developing a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. This included understanding food and making better food choices consistently and becoming more active.
