SPRING OUTDOOR FITNESS!
SO Fit is an all-body fitness class suitable for all levels. We will be using bodyweight exercises only, but there will be different intensity levels to suit everyone.
Dates: Tues 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th May
Time: 6-7pm (toilets open until 7pm)
Location: Eaton Park (near the big car park)
Cost: £6 per session
We go on whatever the weather and if it’s raining heavily we can use the Pavillion for cover.
