All you need to do is book an initial consultation. The consultation is designed to establish your goals, assess your current fitness levels and put a plan in place to get you the results you want! The consultation lasts for 1hr 30mins and doesn’t involve any intense exercise.
You will leave your consultation with a clear focus, and a personal weekly plan to get you started with your exercise and nutrition.
You can decide the frequency of your personal training in this consultation.
