Sports Relief Run

Team Dynamic took part in the Sports Relief 3 mile Run on March 25th.

We had 21 runners and have raised over £1,000 for Sportsrelief!

We are very excited to announce the opening of Norwich’s first Personal Training Studio. The Dynamic Fitness Studio will specialise in one on one training but also offers fitness classes for clients to maximise their results. Click here for more info.

Dynamic BBQ 2010!

This event was to say thanks to everyone that has made Dynamic Fitness & Coaching such a success again this year.

The afternoon started at 3pm with welcome drinks and fun games to kick things off – a slow bicycle race, garden Jenga and a mini Sports Day!!!

The BBQ was then a great success, with lots of healthy and tasty brought food! Thank you to all clients that brought things for everyone to try….

Go Salsa

After the success of the Xmas Party Go Salsa invited all Dynamic clients to their big party on Saturday 13 of February 2010.

This time around the party was called ‘Latin Love’ – valentines themed salsa party, with chocolate fountain, balloon drop, salsa DJ Sol from London playing music until 2am and some surprises throughout the night.
The night started with a salsa class at 8pm. Singles, couples, groups of friends and all levels of dancers, including complete salsa beginners all joined in to this fun evening.

The Fitness Workshop

The Fitness Workshop 2010 – Following the success of the last Fitness Workshop Sean and I decided to run another Workshop in January to kick off the New Year with a fitness focus! Sat 16th Jan, 10:30 – 3:30pm

Norwich Santa Run

What: a 2km family fun run in Santa Suits and white beards (of course!)
Where: Eaton Park, Norwich
When: Sunday December 6th (12 noon start, registration from 9.30am)
Why: To have fun and raise money for two great children’s charities – Have a Heart and CLIC Sargent, who care for children with cancer

The Fitness Workshop

Myself and fellow personal trainer Sean Newton, teamed up again! After the success of SO Fit we decided to merge our fitness knowledge and expertise to create ‘The Fitness Workshop’.

This was a day of learning about exercise and nutrition, together with participation in fitness classes and mini workshops. The day was aimed at all levels of fitness and was really fun but also very informative.

The Dynamic Cycle Ride took place on Saturday 5th Sept in Thetford Forrest. The weather was perfect and a great day was had by all :)

What was on June & July '09

SO FIT – Summer Outdoor Fitness

Me and another fellow Personal Trainer, Sean Newton, have designed a new fitness class for the summer. It is called SO Fit!

The class is going to be based outdoors at Eaton Park in Norwich and will encompass lots of functional movements and fun exercises. Basically, it is like circuit training or boot camp but more fun and interesting!

We will be using a wide range of equipment and training methods including:

Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Hula Hoops, Skipping Ropes, Resistance Bands, Korfballs. It is going to be a really good class for the summer and we are running it every Tuesday evening throughout July.

Dynamic Christmas Party!!!

To celebrate the first Christmas of Dynamic Fitness and Coaching, I would like to invite all personal training clients and people that have been involved in Dynamic Fitness Events and Classes along to our Christmas Party! The venue is the Surrey Tavern, Surrey Street, Norwich on Friday 19th December from 8 til late. There will be a glass of champagne waiting for you on arrival, to thank you for being an integral part of the exciting first year of Dynamic. Come and meet others who have taken the important step to improve their fitness. This will be a great opportunity for you to chat to like minded people about exercise, and think about some fitness aspirations for 2009, enjoy a few games, win prizes, dance or just relax in the company of people like yourself.

Dynamic Beach Running Club

On the last three Saturday’s of August Dynamic will be hitting the beach! We will be taking a group out to Holkham to run on the sand towards Wells. This beautiful stretch of the North Norfolk Coast will provide an awesome backdrop for a bit of quality weekend exercise. The group is open to all ages and abilities and is great way to improve your fitness and strengthen up your leg muscles.
