The Dynamic Fitness Studio has a range of Fitness Classes.
The morning classes are designed to be more relaxed with a emphasis on improving flexibility, suppleness and muscle tone. These classes are for the over 50’s only.
The lunchtime classes are really varied. The aim of all these classes is to improve body shape and strength. You will leave feeling like the muscles have had a good workout but not with lots of sweat should you need to go back to work.
The evening classes are all about getting you moving! Energetic classes, such as boxing, legs, bums and tums, kettlebells and circuit training will be sure to leave you sweating and feeling good!
